A fleeting visit to Bankside (in October 2005) aided by the less than
wobbly bridge, shows that Tate Modern is a popular attraction on the
riverbank. As this photo conveys, the sheer scale of Bankside is so
impressive as you gaze at the never ending expanse of brickwork,
interrupted only by the new viewing windows in a well-thought-out
conversion.
